1. Acceptance of the terms

By downloading or using the Enkadenn — 72h Kit application ("the app"), you accept these terms of use. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

2. Description

The app is a personal organisation tool that helps individuals build and maintain a 72-hour emergency kit (go-bag, home supplies), with lists, reminders, emergency contacts and a document vault. It runs entirely on your device.

Important notice. The app does not replace the official guidance of the relevant authorities, nor the advice of professionals (emergency services, healthcare). Lists, quantities and recommendations are provided for guidance only. You remain solely responsible for your preparation and for the decisions you make in an emergency. The app guarantees no safety outcome.

3. Licence

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the app on the iOS devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple's App Store rules of use. Distribution via the App Store is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("standard EULA"), unless superseded by a specific agreement.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the app for unlawful purposes or in breach of these terms;
  • Do not attempt to decompile, disassemble or circumvent its security measures, except as permitted by law;
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.

5. Your data and the vault

Your data stays on your device (see the privacy policy). The document vault is excluded from device backups: if the device is lost, stolen or reset, the documents stored there are permanently lost. It is your responsibility to keep your originals and, where appropriate, your own backups.

6. No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including as to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted availability, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the publisher shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app, including loss of data. As some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or liabilities, these limitations may not apply to you.

8. Intellectual property

The app, its content and its graphic elements are protected. These terms grant you no ownership rights in the app beyond the licence granted.

9. Links and official sources

The app may link to external resources (including the Enkadenn platform and official sources). The publisher is not responsible for the content of these third-party resources.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated. The last-updated date appears at the top of this page. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law, subject to mandatory consumer-protection provisions.
