In short. Enkadenn — 72h Kit collects no personal data remotely. All your data stays on your device: no account, no cloud, no ads, no telemetry, no trackers. In version 1, the app makes no network requests.

1. Publisher

Enkadenn — 72h Kit is published by Cythin, publisher of the Enkadenn educational platform. For any question about this policy: contact@cythin.eu (see also the Support page).

All the data you enter is processed locally, on your device, for your own personal and household use only. The publisher does not collect, receive or process any of this data: there is therefore no remote processing, no remote data controller and no third-party recipient.

2. Data processed and where it is stored

You enter the information relevant to preparing your kit yourself. It is stored only on your device:

None of this data leaves the device.

3. Purposes

Adapt recommended quantities to your household composition;
Remind you of expiry dates and periodic reviews (local notifications);
Keep your emergency contacts and documents available offline.

This processing is carried out by you, on your device, for your own household.

4. No data transmission

No data is sent to the publisher or to any third party;
No analytics, advertising or tracking service is included;
Calling an emergency contact uses the system phone; no personal data is passed to the app;
"Learn more" links open the system browser with no personal data in the parameters.

5. Security

The document vault is protected by strong technical measures:

Content encrypted with AES-GCM;
Key generated on the device and stored in the Keychain, protected by biometrics (Face ID / Touch ID) and the device passcode;
Data Protection for files at rest and automatic vault locking;
Thumbnails hidden until the vault is unlocked.

Backups. For security reasons, the vault is excluded from device backups (iCloud / iTunes). If the device is lost, stolen or reset, the vault documents are permanently lost. The vault is not a replacement for keeping your originals.

6. Permissions requested

Each permission is requested when needed and remains optional: declining does not prevent you from using the core of the app.

7. Your rights

Because data stays on your device and under your control, you exercise your rights directly in the app:

Access and rectification: you freely view and edit all your data;
Erasure: deleting an item, contact, document or kit permanently removes it;
Minimisation and retention: you enter only what is needed and control how long it is kept.

As the publisher holds no copy of your data, no remote access or deletion request is needed.

8. Sensitive data and minors

Health information (medication, specific needs) and information about children in the household are optional, reduced to what is strictly necessary and kept locally only. No free-text field encourages excessive collection.

9. App Store privacy label

As the app is strictly local, its privacy label corresponds to "Data Not Collected".

10. Changes

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the app. The last-updated date appears at the top of this page.
